How to connect to Team Viewer.
- Connect the computer to internet via your network.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY NEW SOFTWARE
- Double click the Team viewer in the lower right corner on the screen according to Picture 1.
- Team Viewer starts and the screen in Picture 2.
- Send your identity number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will connect and solve the problem.
- If you have several users on your computer it might be that the icon is missing.
- You will find the program on the C:drive under program files, Picture 3.
- Double click the folder and then Metop support and last the Metop support. Exe file, Picture 4.
