IN FOUR SIMPLE STEPS

The Double Seam Inspection System 80B makes double seam inspection easy in four simple steps:

  1. Measure the seam thickness. It is the most important parameter to secure your product.
  2. Determining the counter sink of the end.
  3. Cut the can with the seam saw in order to observe the inside of the seam.
  4. Inspect the inside of the seam with our WinSeam vision software including seam height.
