IN FIVE SIMPLE STEPS

The Double Seam Inspection System 100B makes double seam inspection easy:

  1. Measure the seam thickness. It is the most important parameter to secure your product.
  2. Determining the counter sink of the end.
  3. Check the can height of the can.
  4. Cut the can with the seam saw in order to observe the inside of the seam.
  5. Inspect the inside of the seam with our vision software including seam height.
