Double Seam System 60F
Small in size, big in accuracy
The system offers Inspection of all internal seam measurements, external measuring of seam thickness with a manual gauge and of course with the Metop can opener for examination of wrinkles. This is our smallest computer system where our vision program automatically measures all internal measurements.
Included is our Lite seam software and all results are stored in the computer, and of course, traceable.
Measuring
Externally: seam thickness.
Internally: seam height, end hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap, calculated body hook butting.
All necessary tools and ISO-Calibration gauges with Certificates included. High-resolution Camera and a can holder for easier and quicker focus of the seam. All products are finally tested and our ”Plug and Play” function makes the system up and running in minutes.
Available for all can sizes and end sizes.
The Double Seam System 60F is our entry-level system providing you with great quality control.
Our Vision Seam Unit (VSU) gives vision control of internal measurements. Also included is the METOP Seam Saw. A high-speed saw with solid carbide saw blades (MSS). Our Seam Thickness Gauge (STH) is also part of our system as well as s Manual Seam Cutter (MSC-F), a simple tool for cutting the cover hook.
