We plan our visit to your site according to our traveling schedule, and simultaneously certify your Metop equipment. We bring all necessary equipment and spare parts to ensure continious reliability.
- All travel expenses and labor costs are included.
- All wear parts included in each visit and recertification of gauge block.
- Telephone and online support included.
- No spare parts included.
- Invoicing in advance, every 3 months.
This is the ultimate downtime and immediate service insurance for you and your business, guaranteeing you immediate help in emergency situations. We bring all necessary equipment and spare parts to ensure immediate restart.
- All travel expenses and labor costs are included.
- Maximum two emergency visits/year.
- No wear parts or spare parts included.
- Response time, starts when Metop have received and registered the notification from you.
- Invoicing in advance, every 3 months.
When you have signed up for the downtime service and the annual service and certification contract, we will offer you a 50% discount on the downtime insurance.

- Maximum two emergency visits/year.

In case of urgency, and to prevent you from a standstill in your department, you can always contact us and we will visit your site soonest possible. We bring all necessary equipment and spare parts to ensure immediate restart.

Downtime Insurance
Combine your service level agreement with downtime insurance. Tailored to your scale of production, location and other needs the downtime insurance gives you the shortest possible response and restart times.
