Oxygen Pickup (TPO)
Total oxygen introduced during filling . The amount of oxygen introduced into the beverage affects shelf life.
Palletizer
Stacks filled cans for transport.
Rinser
The rinser cleans the cans before filling.
Rollers (1st and 2nd operation)
The two rolls ar both positioned next to the seaming chuck
1st operation: the first step in forming the seam by forming the end curl under the can flange
2nd operation: after the seam has been curled it is pressed to create the tightened and fully seal double seam
Sample Frequency
How often cans are pulled from production for QC. This can vary a lot depending on production size and internal quality routines.
