Transfer Wheel / Feed Screw
Moves cans from one machine to the next.
Turret
Rotating part of a filler or seamer that moves cans through stations.
Vee (V-angle)
An irregularity on the cover hook which forms an angle that looks like a V. this can happen when the cover material does not form smoothly and that causes the material to split.
Warm Fill
Filling product above ambient temperature.
Wrinkle / Wrinkling
Small vertical waves in the cover hook — can indicate incorrect setup.
