Foaming
Formation of excess foam. A common filling issue.
Free Space (Void)
Internal space within the double seam. Too much void may indicate weak compression.
Gauge Calibration
Routine verification of measurement accuracy of gauges.
Haze / Contamination

High-Speed Line
A production line running thousands of cans per hour.
Internal Measurements
Measurements taken after sectioning (hooks, overlap, free space). These are generally measured with a vision camera where the measurements are taken and then transferred into a software for evaluation
