Foaming

Formation of excess foam. A common filling issue.

Free Space (Void)

Internal space within the double seam. Too much void may indicate weak compression.

Gauge Calibration

Internal Measurements

Measurements taken after sectioning (hooks, overlap, free space). These are generally measured with a vision camera where the measurements are taken and then transferred into a software for evaluation
