All essential measurements for the front end are captured quickly and accurately with the Wincan Desk, such as:
- dome depth
- plate thickness
- body wall
- trimmed can height
As well as key back-end parameters like flange width, plug diameter, and factory-finished can height. As a result, maintaining consistent can-quality becomes significantly easier.
Operation is straightforward:
The operator simply places the cans in the fixtures and presses the foot pedal, after which all measurement values immediately appear in a detailed report on the computer screen. Furthermore, the system offers a wide range of options and can be fully customized to meet each customer’s specific production needs.
