The future of seam inspection
The new 700X series is modular built. That means that the 710X can later be upgrade to a 730X with the pick and place robot and then agin to the 750X with on-line loading.
710X
Semi-Automatic
710X is a non-destructive X-ray double seam inspection equipment for all beverage can sizes that eliminates all human errors. Next to no operational costs that delivers detailed predictions to your production management, telling when your production line will need maintenance.
730X
Fully Automatic
730X consist of the X-ray (710X) equipped with a pick and place robot. The robotic arm picks a can and places it in the test chamber making it fully automatic. It allows for different test batches to be runed at one time.
750X
on-line
750X adds on a fully automated production line that picks cans for inspection without manual picking and placing. This ensures a consistent quality inspection 24/7.
